This policy applies to the Roadnomics Ride Line — a personal car service operated by
Michael O'Hearn, sole proprietor (Massachusetts), trading as Roadnomics — and the SMS text
messaging customers use to request and arrange rides. You reach the service by texting our business

We do not collect location tracking, contacts, advertising identifiers, or any information beyond what you send us to arrange a ride.
We do not sell or share your information. Your phone number and messages are never sold or rented, and are never shared with third parties for their own marketing. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
We use the messaging provider Twilio solely to deliver these text messages on our behalf. Twilio processes the messages only to provide that service and does not use your information for its own marketing.
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. See the SMS Terms & Conditions for details.
We keep messages and consent records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them.
